To return an item, please contact us in advance to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that all returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 days of the initial delivery date. A 5% return fee will be deducted from the credit, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For rugs, lighting, furniture, and planters, the return shipment cost plus a 5% return fee will be deducted from the credit.

Unfortunately, international orders and shipments to Hawaii or Alaska cannot be returned. Please be aware that special orders are built to your specifications and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Do you offer Trade pricing?

Please note the below instructions are for wallpaper and not murals, if you require help in calculation for murals please let us know.

Determine your square footage. To do this, measure the height of the walls and add them together. Then measure the width of your walls and add them together.

Multiply the total height in feet and the total width in feet of your room. This will give you the total square footage.

For each standard door subtract 17 from the square footage. (For any other size door subtract the square footage of the door from the total square feet).

Find the pattern repeat. This can easily be found on the product page of any item on our website.

If the repeat is small meaning the repeat is 12” or less including no repeat, divide the square footage by 25.

If the repeat is large meaning the repeat is 13” or more, divide square footage by 21.Your total will tell you the amount of single rolls you will need.

We always recommend working with a professional wallpaper installer.
Because there can be slight variations in dye lots, we always  recommend ordering 10-15% more than required to insure a perfect match in unforeseen circumstances.

How much wallpaper do I need to order?

Wallpaper samples can be requested on the wallpaper product page. Directly next to the add to cart button there is a button that says "add sample". This will add a sample to your cart. 

For rug, wood, or fabric samples you may make a request to sales@burkedecor.com. Please include

1. All item SKUs 
2. Full Shipping address including contact name and phone number

Can I order a sample?

Yes, we are able to custom quote shipping to international addresses and also Hawaii and Alaska for orders over 40 lbs dimensional weight. There may be locations we are unable to ship from time to time; however, we are always happy to look into this for our customers! Please email us at sales@burkedecor.com.
