Why is my tracking number not working?Updated a year ago

Was your order shipped small parcel (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) or Freight Transit (LTL or Whiteglove). 

If small parcel: Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update. We often send tracking when the label is created so it sometimes needs time to leave the warehouse.

If freight: Please note freight tracking is not always live. At first, the tracking will just show "Order Registered" but will not show movement until it reaches the shipper's Hub for mid-transit inspection. Until it is scanned, the shipper is not going to have a record of your order. Then, once it is scanned your tracking will reflect when it was picked up, scanned, etc. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
